How much do you charge?The type of show Ron Martin provides depends on the venue, audience and show style. He does offer a few set packages; for small, intimate gatherings to larger events with hundreds of attendees. Ron has the experience and versatility to deliver a performance that suits your occasion perfectly, based on your needs. Where do you perform?Ron mostly performs in the GTA and through Ontario. Please connect with me directly to confirm availability.

Do you perform at outside venues?Yes. Ron performs at fairs, festivals, parks and backyards. It is always advised to have alternate plans incase of inclement weather.

How far in advance should we book?It’s never too early to inquire about your event, especially during the busiest times of the year—weekends, July, and December. To give you an idea, most clients book around four-six months in advance, and some even secure their date up to a year ahead, particularly for events like weddings where the date is non-negotiable. That said, I occasionally have availability due to a gap in the calendar, so you might be lucky! It’s always worth reaching out to check. And if I’m not available, I may be able to recommend another high-quality performer, ensuring you still receive exceptional entertainment. Don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Are you insured?This is an important question if you are looking to hire a magician. I'm so glad you are interested in this one. I carry $5,000,000 liability insurance that most organizations and venues require. This gives us both peace of mind, in the very rare chance that something unfortunate should happen. If your venue needs to see my insurance certificate, just let me know, and I'll send it across to you, or to them directly.

Do you use animals in your show?I do not use animals in my show. I do include the audience members, making them the STARS of the show. They help create the wonder and amazement in a fun and supportive, while sharing the applause from the audience. Not to forget about audience members with allergies and little fingers they may bite.

Here’s what’s helpful to know: Date Time Venue address and postcode Number of guests (Kids/Adults) Purpose of the event Discuss I’ll get in touch to explain what I offer and recommend what would work best for your event. I prefer we arrange a call to discuss everything in detail. Agree Once you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send you more information on how to move forward to pay the deposit to confirm your booking. Enjoy After confirming the details and paying the deposit, your event is officially booked! You can relax and look forward to a magical experience. What if you can't make it?I have missed only one show in 30 years. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances I can’t attend your event, I have a list of excellent magicians who can provide coverage, if needed. I'll ask one of those to step in on my behalf and provide similar suitable entertainment for you. Of course, you'll be kept up to speed on the whole process throughout.
